I'm a registered nurse of sixteen years and I've been certified in nutrition for eleven, and I help Christian couples conceive naturally by looking at what standard testing was never built to catch. In both of them.
I'll tell you something up front, because you deserve to know who's talking. I don't have my own infertility story. I came to this work from two other directions.
The first was nursing school. I kept having friends who were struggling to get pregnant, and they weren't overweight, they had no diagnosis, and their doctors could not tell them why it wasn't happening. That sat with me for years.
The second was my own kitchen. My oldest had eczema, badly, and I was doing everything the standard model told me to do, and it wasn't getting better. A client of mine, of all people, told me about nutrition. We changed some things. He improved. And I remember standing there thinking, I went to school for this and nobody ever told me that was on the table.
So I went back to school for nutrition. Because I knew I wanted to help people have healthy babies, and I knew the standard model alone was not going to get me there.
Since then I've helped couples conceive naturally who'd been told they were out of options, including a couple in their mid-forties after three failed rounds of IVF. And many of my clients go on to have more than one baby. On average, my clients see their symptoms drop thirty to fifty percent whether or not a pregnancy happens in that window.
I'm also a Jesus girl. There aren't a lot of faith-based resources for couples trying to conceive, and if that's you, welcome. I'm really glad you're here.
What I believe:
Normal on a lab report and optimal for fertility are two different standards, and it takes two to tango.
